Christopher Reeve è nato il 25 settembre 1952 a New York,U.S.A. L’apice della sua carriera l’ha raggiunto interpretando Superman nel film del 1978 e negli anni successivi.La sua carriera è stata ricca di successi fino al 1997,anno in cui Christopher è rimasto paralizzato dal collo in giù in seguito ad una caduta da cavallo.In Smallville interpreta il ruolo del dottor Swann.
